Neil holds credentials in Special Education and History, along with master's degrees in TESL and Special Education, emphasizing Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral supports. His professional journey is rooted in serving underrepresented and underserved youth in low-income communities.
Passionate about ethical, accessible, and effective advocacy, Neil combines deep knowledge of education systems with innovative approaches, including exploring the intersection of AI and special education policy.
In addition to his advocacy work, Neil founded Redwood Surf Therapy, blending ocean therapy with community empowerment.
